Yenkosky Consultative Coaching
Leadership, coached one conversation at a time.
For new executives, emerging executives, and entrepreneurs building the version of leadership their organization actually needs.
Coaching begins with a conversation, not a curriculum.
Every engagement starts by understanding where you are, what you carry, and what you want the next season of your leadership to look like.

In their words
-
“Most of my decisions were reactions. He slowed me down until I could tell the difference between what I actually wanted and what I thought I was supposed to want.”
-
“I kept trying to negotiate harder. What changed things was learning to say the quiet thing first. My board hears me now because I stopped performing certainty.”
-
“Less strategy than honesty. Once I could name what I wanted from the company, the conversation with my cofounder got simpler, and I stopped losing the room.”
